  Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb (450g) lamb or beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

 

  Instructions: 

  1. Marinate the Meat:  In a bowl, combine grated onion, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the meat cubes and mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight in the fridge).
  2. Prepare the Skewers:  Thread the marinated meat onto the skewers.
  3. Grill the Kebabs:  Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Serve:  Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

– Serve with grilled vegetables and flatbread.

– Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
